these terms govern your use of lathecreate (lathecreate.com), where content creators get created, hook and retention tooling, competitor scanning, audience insights, and sync submission for musicians. lathecreate is part of the manymoats family of products. by creating an account or using lathecreate, you agree to these terms.

1. what lathecreate is

lathecreate is a software tool for artist growth and career tooling. it is not a record label, a talent agency, a distributor, or a financial adviser, and it does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. its Dev Deal (where offered) is a revenue-share arrangement, not an ownership or employment agreement, you keep your masters at every phase.

2. your account

you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a plan. lathecreate's tiers are all paid tiers.

3. acceptable use

• don't use lathecreate for anything illegal, or to harm, harass, defraud, or infringe others.
• you are responsible for the accuracy of the music, profile, and competitor data you submit.
• don't attempt to breach security or access accounts that aren't yours.

4. billing & cancellation

paid plans (build, Artist, Label) bill monthly. where a yearly plan is offered it is a discounted rate charged once for the year, and monthly is always offered alongside it, so nobody is ever forced into a year to use the product. cancel anytime in one click; see our refund & cancellation policy.

5. the Dev Deal (where offered)

lathecreate's development deal is a tiered revenue share that steps down automatically over time and never transfers ownership of your masters. terms of any specific deal are disclosed to you in writing before you accept it; nothing here modifies a signed deal's specific terms.

6. AI features & no professional advice

AI-generated insights, suggestions, and reports are assistance, not guarantees of accuracy. you are responsible for reviewing and using your own work. nothing produced by the service is legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

7. your content

you own your music, masters, and the content you create. we don't claim ownership of your work. we respect intellectual property and honor valid DMCA takedown requests.

8. availability & disclaimers

lathecreate is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. changes & termination

we may update these terms; material changes are posted here with a new "last updated" date. you may stop using lathecreate and cancel at any time. we may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.

10. governing law

these terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
