monthly billing, cancel in one click

all plans bill monthly. where a yearly plan is offered it is a discounted rate charged once for the year, and monthly is always offered alongside it, so nobody is ever forced into a year to use the product.

cancel anytime, one click

cancel your subscription at any time from your account, in one click, with no retention maze. cancellation stops all future billing. you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

pause instead of cancel

if you'd rather keep your growth reports and history, you can pause instead of cancel. your account moves to a paused state, billing stops, and your data is retained so you can pick up where you left off. resume is one click.

refunds

monthly charges pay for the month of access ahead and are generally non-refundable once the period has begun, but you can cancel anytime to prevent any further charge. if you were charged in error, or the service failed to deliver what it promised, contact us and we will make it right.

the Dev Deal (where offered)

the development deal is a separate written revenue-share arrangement, not a subscription, its own terms, including any performance and termination clauses, are disclosed to you before you accept it and are not altered by this refund policy.

financial hardship

if you're in a tight spot, reach out. we would rather pause your plan than see you charged for something you can't use right now. email us and we'll find the right option.
